Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up chicken, cooked
    2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1/2 c. cashews
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
    Pile lightly in 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
    Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until mixture is heated and cheese is melted.
