Ingredients

4 c. sliced carrots
3 Tbsp. butter melted
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

Cook carrots in salted water until tender.
Then drain.
In a casserole dish combine butter and brown sugar.
Add carrots.
Stir to coat and glaze.\tBake in a preheated oven 350\u00b0 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yield 8 servings.
