Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (1 large can juice and all)
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil.
Add spices.
Mix well.
Add yams and flour (may have to add a little more flour).
Bake in a greased tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
