Sweet-Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ribs
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook until thick.
    Brown ribs in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour 1/2 of sauce over ribs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn.
    Add rest of sauce and bake another 40 minutes.
