Holiday Honey Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, separated
    1/3 c. honey
    5 c. milk
    1/2 - 1 tsp. rum extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Add yolks and honey; mix well. Stir in milk, rum extract, vanilla and cinnamon. Chill. Just before serving, fold in whipped cream; pour into large pitcher or punch bowl. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Makes 16 (4 oz.) servings.
