Chicken And Dumplings(Simple) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken broth, cooled
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Mix well and put out on your floured cloth.
    Knead gently, adding a little flour as needed so you can roll it out like pie crust.
    Let it lay a while to dry, 10 to 15 minutes.
    I use my pizza cutter to cut in strips.
    I bring the pot of chicken broth to a boil before I drop the strips in one by one; after all are in, turn heat down.
    Stir and cook slowly for 20 or 30 minutes.
