Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. steamed and mashed pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 ready to use frozen deep dish pie crust already in its dish
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer.
Mix until combined. Pour into the pie crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 1 pie.
