Chicken And Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 to 2 cans chicken or 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/3 c. dry Minute rice
    1 can French fried onions (optional)
    8 to 12 waffles
Preparation
    Combine soups, water and chicken.
    Add Minute rice and stir to mix.
    Bring quickly to boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes.
    Top with onions.
    Serve on waffles.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
