Four Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can green beans, drained
    1 medium can golden wax beans, drained
    1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
    1 medium can red kidney beans, drained
    1 red onion, thinly sliced
    1 large green pepper, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain all beans well, saving liquids for soups.
    Add onion and green pepper to beans in a large bowl; mix well.
