Miss Irene'S Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, boned or 4 chicken breasts
    1 large bag Doritos
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
    4 c. grated cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    paprika
    green pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease large casserole and cover bottom with chips that have been dipped in chicken stock.
    Layer chicken, green pepper and onion.
    Cover with cheese.
    Mix soup, tomatoes, garlic and chili powder.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
    Top with more cheese and sprinkle paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
