Grandma'S Crunchy Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini
    1 tomato
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Split washed zucchini in half lengthwise.
    Slice tomato 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut each slice in half crosswise.
    Put 3 half slices of tomato on each cut side of zucchini.
    Combine butter, bread crumbs and salt; sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mixture on top of tomato and zucchini.
    Place in shallow ovenware for microwave. Cook in microwave at High for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Brown 5 to 7 minutes or until crumb topping is brown and crispy.
