Japanese Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs (well beaten)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. cherries
    1 box raisins
    2 c. nuts
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream
    butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, well beaten.
    Add 2 cups flour
    and milk, alternately.
    Add cherries and raisins. Add
    nuts which have been dredged in 1 cup flour and cinnamon. Pour into pans and cook about 20 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool. Top with coconut or cream cheese frosting.
