Herb And Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, well drained (reserve liquid)
    1/2 c. soft spread margarine
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt and oregano
    1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise halfway
    1/4 c. chopped basil
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine reserved tomato liquid, margarine, 1 1/2 cups cheese, mayo, parsley, salt and oregano. Process until smooth.
    Spread mixture evenly onto each half of bread.
    Top with tomatoes, remaining cheese and basil.
    Bake on 350\u00b0
    for 10 minutes.
    Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly. Slice into 1 1/2-inch slices.
