Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. round steak
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 pkg. frozen carrots
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Trim fat off meat and cut into individual serving pieces. Pound, flour and brown meat in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Remove from skillet when nice and brown.
    Pour out drippings and wipe pan with a paper towel.
    Return meat to skillet.
    Puree canned tomatoes and pour over meat.
    Add onions and celery.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Add peas and carrots.
    Cook 1 more hour.
