Golden Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    4 slices bread with crust removed, buttered and crushed
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve 1 cup juice.
    In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple and juice with sugar, flour and eggs; mix well. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and browned.
    Serve as a side dish with ham or poultry.
    Yields 8 servings.
