Red Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
    1 large lettuce, shredded
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt and pepper
    water
Preparation
    Save 1/2 onion.
    Use large skillet.
    Brown hamburger with 1/2 onion; drain grease.
    Mix flour with hamburger.
    Add tomato sauce and 3 to 4 cans water.
    Season with chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    Place tortillas in sauce; let soften for a minute or so. Place tortilla in plate with a little sauce.
    Add lettuce, onion and cheese.
    Make another layer if desired.
    Serve immediately.
