Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large yellow squash, cut up
    1 onion, chopped or sliced
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 stick soda crackers, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Add 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese, beaten egg and soda crackers.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
