Applesauce-Raisin Bread(Lo-Cal And Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. raisins
    chopped walnuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Preheat the
    oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix the applesauce, oil and sugar. Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
    Mix
    well\tafter
    each addition.
    Add the egg and the raisins.
    Mix.
    Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour
    and
    20\tminutes
    or
    until done.
    One slice equals 180 calories.
