Manicotti With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    14 manicotti shells
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine Ricotta cheese with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, the Mozzarella cheese, eggs, spinach, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Blend well.
    Cook manicotti shells al dente. Drain.
    Fill with spinach mixture.
    Place in baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese over top.
    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, until heated through and bubbly.
    Serves 6.
