Scrambled Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, beaten
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. leaf thyme
    1 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into greased 9 x 9 or 8 x 8-inch pan. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Double for 9 x 13-inch pan.
