Cabbage Stew By James - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 c. picante or salsa
    2 lb. sausage, browned and crumbled (may be pork, venison, wild hog, turkey)
    3 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    Stew cabbage, onion flakes and picante with enough water to make desirable amount of liquor.
    Add sausage and rice.
    Cook together 15 minutes to blend flavors.
    Serve with garlic toast or cornbread.
