Apple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
10 c. Golden Delicious apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine apple slices with sugar, quarter-cup flour, cinnamon and lemon juice.
Spoon into pie plate.
Place pastry on top of apple filling.
Seal edges and flute.
Cut several large slits on top to allow steam to escape.
