Lemon Sponge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 C sugar
    3 Tbsp flour
    Few grains salt
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp melted butter
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 C milk
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Mix sugar flour and salt.
    Add lemon juice, melted butter and beaten egg yolks.
    Add milk and stiffly beaten egg whites.
