Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    15 oz. jar prepared spaghetti sauce
    7 oz. spaghetti, broken in 3-inch lengths
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water*
    1 small can evaporated milk*
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded yellow cheese
Preparation
    Put precooked (canned) ham in Reynolds oven bag.
    Cover and cook on high 1/2 hour.
    Turn to low for 6 to 8 hours.
    This method can also be used for small turkey breast.
