Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers
    onions
    mushrooms
    1 c. bread, broken up
    salt and pepper
    milk
    chopped meat
    2 eggs
    small bit bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute with butter the peppers, onions and mushrooms.
    Add bread and salt and pepper.
    Mix together with a splash of milk.
    Mix chopped meat with milk, eggs and bread crumbs.
    Pat half of meat in baking dish, stuffing in middle and rest of meat on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
