Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. long grain rice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
Preparation

Combine all ingredients
in
2
quart microproof casserole. Cover and place in
oven.
Cook
on
High for 5 minutes and then at 50 cook setting
for
13 minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
