Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach until thawed. Drain and cool. Melt butter. Stir in flour, milk, cheese (which has been cubed), spinach, salt, pepper and cottage cheese. Beat eggs until fluffy. Fold into mixture. Put into baking dish. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
