1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut spareribs into serving portions; place in the bottom of roasting pan.
Add sauerkraut and a little liquid.
Cover; bake in moderate oven for 1 1/2 hours.
