Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. hash browns, thawed
salt and pepper
onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Velveeta, sliced
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Put hash browns in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, salt and pepper. Mix together in bowl onion, soup and sour cream.
Pour over hash browns and cover with sliced Velveeta.
Crush corn flakes and put on top, then pour batter over all of corn flakes.
Bake on 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
