Chicken Dijon(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and mustard.
    Spread mixture over chicken in a shallow baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Each serving contains only 190 calories and less than 4 grams of fat.
