Garlic Thai Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    12 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 1/2 c. rice
    8 green onions
    1/4 tsp. ground coriander
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper and coriander.
    Set aside.
    Cut chicken into about 1-inch chunks, then add to the soy sauce mixture.
    Toss lightly to coat, then set aside.
