Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
pinch of salt
2 c. apples, peeled and diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. nut meats
1 c. cream, whipped
Preparation

Lightly beat eggs, sugar, pineapple juice, lemon juice and salt and cook until it thickens.
Cool.
Mix apples, celery, crushed pineapple (drained) and nut meats.
Whip cream and mix with dressing.
Combine other ingredients and freeze.
