Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. egg whites
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift flour and 1/2 cup sugar 4 times.
Combine egg whites, cream of tartar, salt and extracts in large bowl.
Beat at high speed until soft peaks form.
Add rest of sugar in 4 additions, beating until blended.
Fold in flour in 4 additions with large spoon.
Do not beat.
Bake in ungreased 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool cake upside-down on rack.
