Cinnamon Scent Ornaments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans cinnamon (5 oz. total)
    10 Tbsp. warm applesauce
Preparation
    Mix the cinnamon and applesauce together until mixture forms a ball, adding more cinnamon if necessary.
    Knead dough and turn onto a cinnamon dusted wood cutting board.
    Roll out dough to 1/4 to 3/4-inch thickness and cut with your favorite cookie cutters. Poke a hole in the top with a small straw for hanging ornaments. Place on wire screen to dry, approximately 6 days.
    Makes 6 medium size ornaments.
