Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together the soup and water.
    Mix hamburg, 1/4 cup soup mixture, bread crumbs, egg, onion, parsley and salt.
    Shape into meat balls and fry in 1 tablespoon fat.
    Add rest of soup mixture and cook for 15 minutes.
