Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

With butter at room temperature, beat on medium speed, gradually adding sugar.
Add eggs one at a time.
Continue beating on low speed.
Add flour.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
