Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
5 Butterfinger bars, cut in pieces
Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with mixer until creamy. Gradually add 3/4 cup sugar and brown sugar.
Beat well.
Stir in peanut butter.
Add egg whites. Add vanilla and set aside.
