Mexicano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground turkey or beef, browned
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Line a large casserole with tortillas.
    Layer the meat, onions, beans and cheese.
    Cover with tortillas.
    Spread soup over all, then pour can of tomatoes on top.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    About 5 minutes before it is done, take out and spread cheese on top, if desired.
