Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 squash, cut, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 onion
    1 carrot
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    While squash are cooking, in blender or food processor, add soup to onion chunks and carrot chunks until blended.
    Add this mixture to the cooked and drained squash along with butter, sour cream and stuffing.
    Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
