Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 medium sweet potatoes, baked or boiled (4 c.)
3 eggs
1 stick oleo
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 pinch salt

Preparation

Mash
baked potatoes with oleo.
Add all other ingredients. Mix
well.
Pour into 3 pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
