Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine all the dry ingredients.
    Add egg, milk and oil.
    Take 1 pound of hot dogs and dip each one in the batter with a fork. Fry in a wire basket deep fryer until golden brown, about 3 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Drain on paper.
