Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers
    2 tsp. salt
    boiling water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chili sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Halve pepper lengthwise; remove stems, seeds and membranes. Add 2 teaspoons salt and enough water to cover peppers and boil 5 minutes.
    Drain.
