Diabetic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. warm water
    3/4 c. soybean flour
    6 c. gluten flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and salt in water in large bowl.
    Add soybean flour, stirring slowly; add the gluten flour and mix well into a soft dough.
    Cover with a clean cloth, let rise until almost doubled in bulk, then punch dough down, and let rise 30 minutes more.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured board; cut into loaf sizes (2 pieces). Shape into loaves, place into greased loaf pans.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
