Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 c. oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Make a well.
Add oil, water and eggs. Blend.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Makes 3 4 1/2 by 8 1/2 inch pans.
Grease or spray tins.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
