Pizza Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can Pillsbury soft breadsticks
    1 pkg. thin sliced pepperoni
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. or more pizza sauce
Preparation
    Separate and unroll breadsticks.
    Place 3 or more slices of pepperoni in a single layer over 1/2 of each breadstick.
    Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons sauce over the pepperoni.
    Sprinkle a little cheese over the sauce.
    Fold remaining half of breadstick over the top, sealing the ends.
    Twist the breadstick into a figure eight. Mix 2 tablespoons cheese with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Sprinkle over each stick.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve with heated pizza sauce.
    For a crunchy crust, lightly sprinkle bottoms with cornmeal.
    Makes 8.
    Very good for school lunches.
