Cheesy Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. onion rings, sliced thin
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place onions in 2-quart casserole.
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour.
Slowly stir in milk; cook until thick.
Keep flame low.
Stir in seasonings and cheese.
Pour over onions. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
