Parslied Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
3/4 c. quick cooking rice
Preparation

In 1-quart casserole, stir water and parsley together.
Cook in microwave, with cover, on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture is boiling.
Stir in rice.
Let stand, with cover, 5 minutes.
