Beef Fajitas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. top sirloin steak
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. green bell pepper slices
    2 c. onion slices
    2 c. tomato chunks
    8 flour tortillas, warmed
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/4-inch strips and charbroil until rare.
    In medium bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, Tabasco and black pepper. Add beef strips and coat them well.
    Cover, refrigerate and marinate them for 4 to 6 hours.
    Turn them occasionally.
    Remove the beef strips from the marinade.
