Glorified Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    2 c. crushed pineapple with juice
    sugar to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil. Add rice.
    Do not stir.
    Cover.
    Turn down heat to simmer and cook rice until tender and water is absorbed, about 17 to 20 minutes.
