Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 c. chicken stock
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine chicken stock, garlic powder and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cover during last 15 minutes to brown.
